Hello! I’m Andrew, a life long musician and gamer who is extremely obsessive about sound design, revolutionary production techniques, and the immersive world of game audio. I am massively driven by the endless possibilities of telling stories with music and SFX, It is my life.

I currently live in Vancouver, Canada, where I spend most days honing my trade, working on various audio projects in Unreal 5 and Wwise, and surrounding myself with an amazing community of like minded artists. I just finished working on a video game that has yet to be released. Prior to that, I was credited as technical sound designer for the DLC of “The Chant”, a horror game that was released in September 2023. In the background I have been volunteering as a sound designer on a project called “Ahoy”, currently in production by Capstan Games. I work part time as a sound engineer at the Anza Club as well as offer a mixing and mastering service to musicians and producers. I have gained these skills from years of practice in sound design and a very versatile music catalog. I am mostly self taught in the audio implementation of video games but thrive when working with a team.

I love designing soundscapes from scratch by creating auditory immersive environments through field recording, foley, synthesis, careful design and tedious attention to detail. I have a great understanding of Unreal blueprints and Wwise, with 16 years experience in DAWs such as Ableton, Pro tools and Reaper.

Many things clicked for me when I started exploring non-linear audio in games. I felt a huge world open up with endless possibilities of audio integration and exploration. It blew my mind learning what was possible when implementing sound into a living and fully interactive world. With that I realized that games hold the future of auditory surrealism with their vast atmospheres and encompassing environments. I knew I had to be apart of the art of telling stories beyond our wildest imaginations and bringing our dreams to life. I am excited and extremely passionate about being on the forefront of this evolutionary and expanding industry.
